Please read the terms and conditions stated below. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. .

Currency 

All prices are displayed in US Dollars by default. You can use the currency converter at the top to change to other currencies.

Representation of Colors and Product Images 

Whilst every attempt has been made to accurately reproduce colors on our website, the customer must bear in mind that there will be minor variations in colors between different computer screens, operating systems, browsers used and also between the computer screen and the actual fabric. It should also be noted that there may be minor variations in color between batches of the same fabric due to the nature of fabric dyes.

Availability of Items 

We regularly update our website with new fabric designs. We normally carry limited stock of the fabrics. Therefore, all items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order. We shall contact you by email if the fabric you have chosen is out of stock, and you will be offered the choice of an alternative fabric. If you would prefer to receive a refund for the out of stock item, please let us know.

Fabric designs, style options offered and prices are subject to change without notice.

Data Security and Privacy 

Your personal data is secured at all stages of the order process. You can enter your credit or debit card details or Paypal details  using the Paypal option with confidence, which secures your card data throughout the transaction process.

We shall use the email address you provide us with to send you an order receipt notification and an order dispatch confirmation. We shall also send you an email if we have any queries about your order details.

We shall not share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Delivery Times, Shipment Methods and Prices 

Shipping charges can be estimated at the time of ordering. Should you prefer a shipping method other than what we have specified, please feel free to contact us with the help of our web-form on Contact Us page. However, our shipping agent (UPS) has assured us that they are giving us the best rates possible (which are substantially lower than standard UPS rates) for all of our shipments. Our EMS rates are what the Thai postal services are currently charging. We have no special arrangement with them.

Your clothes are carefully made to order, so please be patient! We aim to dispatch your order within two weeks, but the order process could take up to four weeks in exceptionally busy periods. If you are ordering something for a particular event we urge you to place your order at least six weeks in advance of the date to avoid disappointment due to delay. We cannot absolutely guarantee delivery by a particular date, and we shall not be held liable for missing an order deadline set by you.

You can check to see whether your order has been dispatched by logging onto your account. Your order will show as “Shipped” rather than “Pending Shipment” if it has been dispatched. We shall also send you an Order Dispatch Confirmation email once we have packaged your order for delivery.

Refund and Replacement 

We find that most of our customers achieve great-fitting clothes after following our instructions for taking the key body measurements when setting up a new account . However, we realize that some potential customers are unsure about getting their measurements exactly right. If this is the case, please just order one item to begin with! We highly recommend that you get someone measure you who has experience in taking measurements.

Should you have something for us to replicate, please send the item to us. In this way, we can ensure that all your measurements are carried over from your own item to the one we make for you. In such an event, we cannot be held responsible if the items we make for you do not fit, since we would have exactly copied your item's measurements, to the best of our abitlity. If you would like us send back the samples you sent us, the shipment cost thereof must be borne by you as a customer. We shall send you a separate bill for the additional shipment cost for your sample to be returned to you.

We follow templates for standard US/UK and European sizes. If you submit those sizes to us, we shall not be held responsible, if for some reason they don't fit you correctly. There is a comment box available, should your size be a bit different from standard sizes. Please be as specific as you can. We shall accommodate those specific requests to the best of our ability.

Remember that we are here to help you. We want you to come back to us time and again for your made-to-measure clothes. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the fit of your first item, under conditions other than those afore-mentioned, please email us at [email protected], stating your order reference, with the specific amendments to measurements needed, and we shall replace the item in the same fabric at no further cost to yourself, having adjusted the measurements to your requirements. Please return the original item to us at the address below.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS OFFER TO REMAKE AN ITEM TO PERFECT ITS FIT ONLY EXTENDS TO ONE ITEM, WITHIN A CUSTOMER'S FIRST ORDER. THEREFORE WE RECOMMEND THAT NEW CUSTOMERS ORDER JUST ONE ITEM INITIALLY. 

In the very unlikely event that we make a mistake with your measurements or style options, please let us know by emailing [email protected] with your order reference and we will replace the item for you, or alternatively offer you a full refund. Please return the item to us in original condition at the address below.

Please ensure that at the very least, you obtain a free proof of posting certificate from the post office, when you return item to us and ideally send item by a method that provides insurance. We shall not be held liable for returned orders mislaid in the post. Where a refund has been requested, we shall process the refund once the item has been received by us. If your returned item is not found in the original condition, we shall not be held responsible to replace or refund your order.

Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
